Sketchbook Friday | Watercolor

SKETCHBOOK FRIDAY: 

Friday will be a day in Art that we will engage in mindful and active sketching, working, drawing entries in our sketchbooks. Mixed Media is encouraged along with creative thinking, exploring new techniques, and/ or honing in on artistic style. Sketchbook Friday is also a day to make up Art Assignments, catch up on Art Prompts, and finishing up any loose ends with graded assignments. 

This past Friday, we broke out the Prang Watercolor Palettes and I love the outcome. The students displayed unique styles, mixed media discovery and preparing multiple pages in their sketchbooks for upcoming Art Prompts and Sketchbook Entries.
